Michael Anthony Salon offers three ways to make an appointment.
CALL - Call us at (202) 506-3609. Calls received outside of regular business hours will be returned in the order they were received.
E-MAIL – Click the e-mail icon to the left or e-mail us at info@michaelanthonysalondc.com with your appointment request. Please specify service(s) to schedule, preferred times, and desired professional. We will then reply with a tentative appointment based upon your parameters that will be held for you pending your confirmation.
ONLINE BOOKING – Make an appointment 24/7 thought our ONLINE BOOKING system. Click on the @ sign icon to the left (A separate window directing you to another website will open.)
The ONLINE BOOKING application is connected directly to our appointment book in real time. Once an appointment is made, it will be placed directly into our appointment book. We will review and will follow-up by phone or e-mail to confirm or to notify you of any possible adjustments needed. A few important notes about ONLINE BOOKING are listed below.
Appointments for same-day services may not be made through the ONLINE BOOKING system. Please call or e-mail the Salon for same day appointments.
If you need to cancel we recommend 24 hour notice for any changes or cancellations. Please call or e-mail the Salon directly.
Not all services may be scheduled through ONLINE BOOKING. If you require a service that is not listed or you would like to make an appointment for certain combinations of services (hair cut and manicure, for instance), please call or e-mail the Salon directly.
The length of time for a service listed is for the maximum regular time needed for a particular service. Actual times may be shorter depending on the stylist and/or type of hair. Therefore, if the appointment time you desire is not available online, you may want to call or e-mail the Salon directly.
Pricing for services varies depending on the stylist performing the service. If you would like more information, please call or e-mail the Salon directly.
Depending on the client and professional service provider, we may ask to adjust the start time of the appointment +/- 15 minutes. The request will be made upon initial confirmation from the Salon. We will do our best to honor the desired appointment time of a client.
Certain firewalls and network security options may not allow you to connect to our ONLINE BOOKING system. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this problem, though we are working to resolve it. If this is the case, please call or e-mail the Salon directly.
