The salon is located on C Street, SE near Seventh Street, SE across from historic Eastern Market.  We are one block north of Pennsylvania Avenue, SE and the Eastern Market Metro Station on the blue and orange lines.

Parking:

Metered parking is available in front of the salon and Seventh Street, SE.  Metered parking is also available on weekdays in the parking lot of Hine Junior High School - enter from Seventh Street, SE.  A public parking lot is also available on C Street, SE between Sixth and Seventh Streets, SE.  Limited residential street parking is available in the area, such as C Street, SE and North Carolina Avenue, SE.  Residential parking spots are free to residents with Zone Six permits and non-residents may park in those spaces for free for up to two-hours.

 

Please allow extra time for parking on weekends or consider walking, taking Metro, or using another form of transportation.  Weekends feature Eastern Market’s Farmers’ Line, Arts & Crafts Market, and Flea Market, often with various musical performers, festivals, community activities, etc.  To allow for the outdoor vendors and heavy pedestrian traffic, Seventh Street, SE (between C Street, SE and North Carolina Avenue, SE) closes to cars and the metered lot at Hine Junior High is not available for parking.  When possible, also allow for extra time before or after your appointment to enjoy all that the vibrant Eastern Market area has to offer on weekends.

Circulator Bus:

Beat the parking blues, Ride the bus to get to Us!  Our closest stop is 7th St. and Pennsylvania Ave., SE going Northbound.  Southbound, our closest stop is 8th St. and Pennsylvania Ave., SE.  Please note, the circulator only runs Monday—Friday.
